The Work
It’s not about fixing yourself.
It’s about returning to your innate wisdom, liberating yourself from inherited loops and long-held cycles, and coming home — fully — to your wholeness.
The Body is the Bridge
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will rule your life and you will call it fate.” - CG Jung
Studies show that 95–97% of our behaviors are driven by the subconscious, so yes, they quite literally rule our lives. But we can change this by connecting to our bodies. The body is the bridge between the subconscious mind and the conscious awareness.
Everything you’ve ever experienced — what was said, what wasn’t said, what was felt, what what was witnessed, experienced, expressed, and suppressed — it all lives in the body.
Not as ideas, but as patterns, sensations, protectors, and unmet needs
When we listen to the body, we begin to access:
The protective parts that hold fear, anger, vigilance, or collapse
The inner child, or archetypal aspects of self, still waiting to be seen
The patterns that repeat—because your system is still trying to protect you from what it doesn’t know is over
The root cause(s) of chronic physical discomfort, inflammation, and pain.
This is the heart of The Work: Helping you make the unconscious conscious, in a way that is compassionate, body-based, and deeply resourced.
Memory, Trauma, the Body, and the Subconscious
One of the most important things I’ve learned through years of somatic practice, trauma resolution, and nervous system repair is this: Unresolved memories and / or unprocessed trauma is often the root of our suffering.
But trauma isn’t about what happened. It’s about what the system did in response to what happened — especially when there wasn’t enough safety to process or complete that response.
Those unprocessed experiences don’t just live in memory. They live in the subconscious mind, and are carried forward by the body’s physiology, posture, reactions, and relational patterns.
What The Work Might Include
This isn’t traditional talk therapy. It’s not surface-level coaching either.
This work is relational, intuitive, and reverent of your timing, your thresholds, and your inner wisdom.
Sessions are grounded in somatic therapy and nervous system repair, informed by polyvagal theory, trauma resolution, and body-based energetics. I weave in archetypal parts work, depth psychology, and intuitive psychospiritual mentorship to support multidimensional healing and integration.
Depending on what’s most alive for you, our work may include:
Somatic tracking and nervous system regulation
Archetypal parts work and inner reparenting
Movement, breath, vocal tone, and stillness as healing modalities
Psychotherapeutic mentorship and intuitive inquiry
Holistic self-care practices to anchor your healing between sessions
What The Work Feels Like
Sometimes it’s tracking a breath into a forgotten memory.
Sometimes it’s learning how to listen, and hearing what the body has to say.
Sometimes it’s letting the system shake out an emotion that for so long had no room to move.
Sometimes it’s naming a protector part and giving it a new job.
Sometimes it’s simply silence — and the wisdom that emerges there.
This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping you *remember* how to be with yourself in a way that feels safe, dignified, and alive.
You’re Ready for The Work If …
You’ve done mindset work or coaching, but still feel stuck in deeper emotional or physical loops
You’ve experienced burnout, illness, or emotional exhaustion that talk therapy didn’t fully resolve
You’re on a healing or spiritual path, but want more embodiment and integration
You want to feel freedom within yourself, to know yourself, to be yourself
This Is “The Work” – Not A Buzzword, A World of Possibility
It is tender work. Brave work.
And it’s not meant to be done alone.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to know the exact “why.”
You only need a willingness to turn toward yourself in a new way.
