Live Integration Circles: Periodically, we’ll gather for group calls to explore the themes more deeply, engage in somatic practices, and process what’s unfolding.

A space for in depth coaching, advice-giving, or problem-solving.
A substitute for 1:1 therapy, mentorship, or crisis support.
